Use the Official Helpdesk
For an application login, payment, eligibility decision or benefit record, contact the department or recruiting authority named in the official notice. Sarkari Sanchar cannot access or change those records.
Request a Content Correction
Use the subject line “Correction — article title” and include:
- The Sarkari Sanchar article URL.
- The exact sentence, date, table entry or link that needs checking.
- A link to the responsible authority’s notice or portal, with its publication date if available.
- A short explanation of the difference you found.
If a deadline has changed, send the official extension or corrigendum rather than a social media screenshot alone. We use the source to review the relevant section and update material errors. A correction request is not a way to appeal a recruiting authority’s decision.
Report a Website Problem
For a page that will not open or a mobile display issue, tell us the page URL, what happened, the device or browser you used and the approximate time. A screenshot can help if it does not contain private information.
